Q: How did you come to be a co-founder of Ceutical Labs?
A: I started my career in the food industry and moved to sterile medical devices and pharmaceutical ophthalmic products. After several years of assisting companies prepare for FDA regulation, I decided to start my own business and have been enjoying the fruits of that challenge. Our team is here to serve and be a service to the industry. Our experts help clients to achieve compliant success.
Q: Could you share a little about what you’ll be covering in your presentation during Outsource! Week?
A: My talk is centered around FDA regulatory inspections of contract laboratories. I will focus on the needs of the industry, what the FDA expects, and how to achieve success. I also plan on discussing recent inspection results to inform the audience of the latest expectations.
Q: Why are regulatory inspections so important?
A: I focus on the regulated pharmaceutical and medical device industry: Our testing outcomes can affect people’s lives. The industry is full of individuals who do it correctly but there are bad apples too. Passionate individuals running conscientious companies will not allow data to support bad products.
Q: What is your favorite part of the work you do at Ceutical Labs?
A: My greatest passion is to help the end user benefit from a product. Our goal is to ensure that people get to use good, reliable products and have great experiences. If you can help someone live longer and enjoy their lives, we have done our job well.
